Les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir verront une transformation massive de l&rsquo;environnement des salles de contr\u00f4le avec l&rsquo;\u00e9mergence d&rsquo;innovations technologiques et l&rsquo;\u00e9volution des exigences d&rsquo;une main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre multig\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelle. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce dernier point signifie plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment que les jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations qui commencent \u00e0 travailler en salle de contr\u00f4le souhaitent travailler de mani\u00e8re flexible.
