And it\u2019s hard to imagine a control room or alarm centre without it, as the place where the interests of society or an organisation are crucial. In the years to come, we will witness a huge transformation of the control room environment due to the emergence of technological innovations and the changing demands of a multigenerational workforce. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In such a workforce, the younger generations who take jobs in a control room are likely to want to work flexibly.
