Dat leggen we graag voor je uit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>Wat is het en waarom is het belangrijk?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ergonomisch werken betekent werken in een omgeving die aangepast is aan jouw persoonlijke behoeftes, zowel fysiek als mentaal. Het houdt in dat je werkomgeving zodanig op jou afgestemd is dat jij zo effici\u00ebnt mogelijk kan werken. Dat allemaal om de negatieve effecten op je fysieke en mentale welzijn zowel op korte als op lange termijn te beperken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recent onderzoek heeft aangetoond dat 24% van de thuiswerkers last heeft van fysieke klachten.
