Bien s\u00fbr, l\u2019ergonomie physique est tr\u00e8s importante. Mais saviez-vous que l\u2019ergonomie cognitive et l\u2019ergonomie organisationnelle jouent \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le majeur en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 au travail ? Une politique de bien-\u00eatre forte tient compte de tous les aspects de l\u2019ergonomie.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><strong><strong>L\u2019ergonomie physique : la base de votre politique de bien-\u00eatre<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>Les si\u00e8ges ergonomiques sont la premi\u00e8re chose \u00e0 laquelle on pense lorsqu\u2019il est question d\u2019ergonomie physique. Nous restons tous encore beaucoup trop en position assise, il y a donc int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 que nous soyons bien assis. Mais c\u2019est encore mieux de changer suffisamment souvent de position. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un bureau assis-debout, par exemple. Ou en faisant une petite pause de temps en temps pour se d\u00e9gourdir un peu les jambes. Sans que l\u2019on vous regarde de travers pour autant.<\/p>\n\n<p>Comme nous disposons aujourd\u2019hui de moins en moins souvent d\u2019un poste de travail fixe, il est aussi dans notre int\u00e9r\u00eat de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 notre utilisation de notre ordinateur portable. Un ordinateur portable d\u00e9pourvu d\u2019aides ergonomiques n\u2019est pas adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 de longues heures de travail. Selon les \u00e9tudes, travailler pendant deux heures cons\u00e9cutives est le maximum absolu. Il est grand temps d\u2019appliquer activement ces connaissances, tant au bureau qu\u2019en t\u00e9l\u00e9travail.<\/p>\n\n<p>Vos collaborateurs ont-ils l\u2019occasion de bouger suffisamment pendant leur journ\u00e9e de travail ? Et disposent-ils toujours partout d\u2019un bon poste de travail ergonomique ? Pensez aux processus mentaux tels que la perception, la m\u00e9moire et le raisonnement. La fa\u00e7on dont nous travaillons a souvent plus d\u2019influence sur notre bien-\u00eatre mental que nous ne le pensons. <a href=\"https:\/\/ergo-lab.be\/ergo\/fr\/travailler-sainement\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">L\u2019\u00e9clairage<\/span><\/a> influe sur nos habitudes de sommeil. Et il est clair que le bruit affecte votre concentration. Mais des instructions claires, une variation suffisante entre les t\u00e2ches, une charge mentale adapt\u00e9e\u2026 sont \u00e9galement importantes. Si vous en tenez compte en tant qu\u2019employeur, vous r\u00e9duirez le stress et am\u00e9liorerez les performances de votre personnel.<\/p>\n\n<p>Dans une <strong>ergonomie organisationnelle<\/strong> id\u00e9ale, la confiance r\u00e8gne entre les collaborateurs et les managers, et la culture et la politique d\u2019une entreprise conduisent \u00e0 une bonne atmosph\u00e8re de travail. Qu\u2019est-ce que cela signifie concr\u00e8tement ? Cela signifie permettre \u00e0 un collaborateur de travailler de mani\u00e8re asynchrone, par exemple en adaptant son travail \u00e0 ses besoins. Cela peut vouloir dire commencer \u00e0 travailler tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t et arr\u00eater de travailler \u00e0 15 heures afin d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019heure devant la grille de l\u2019\u00e9cole. Ou travailler le soir, car ce sont vos heures les plus productives.
